Lester Matthews has wide experience, plus qualifications in architecture, management development and marketing, advanced first aid, coaching of canoe, kayak and rafting, mountaineering, bushcraft survival and VHF / DSC radio. Over a decade of tutoring university degree and masters degree students from all over the world, has given a broad knowledge of business across the hotel and catering, leisure, tourism, and generic business industries in the UK and overseas. Lesters' parents both ran successful businesses and that plus early experience of working on a market stall, gave a solid basis for his later activities. Working with students and colleagues from all over the world, has enabled him to be sensitive to cultural differences.

Gwen Matthews has professional qualifications, plus wide experience of training within the healthcare sector and coaching adventurous activities in the UK and in Finland. She has worked with organisations regarding visually-impaired staff, clients or visitors, as to building alterations and design, plus in-house staff training.

Courses for organisations and individuals, outdoor management development events and consultancies for building and land development are offered to business and other organisations. Adventure Rapport Ltd will train staff and volunteers, lead and facilitate events and projects. One-to-one and small group coaching, tutoring of technical outdoor skills and leadership are also available.
